• You need 12 ounces of white vinegar and 12 ounces of liquid, blue Dawn detergent. To start out you must heat the white vinegar in the microwave until it’s hot (but not boiling), and pour into a squirt bottle -or container that you will be using. Next add the 12 ounces of Dawn soap and stir or shake. Now you have a pretty easy and quick cleaner that will leave your bathroom sparkly clean!

• What a cool bench idea! For in the garage or out in the “shop/barn” for those of you who grew up as country as I did.
• Vinegar works as a wood stain when you add a metal object in the mix and let it sit in a glass container for a week. A handful of pennies will produce a beautiful pale Caribbean blue stain. A wad of steel wool will give you a rich reddish hue. A combination of tea and a metal object in vinegar will produce a black stain.
